Many of our neighbors are hungry and without basic necessities.
People are suffering from physical and mental illnesses,
addictions, disabilities, unemployment, incarcerations,
loneliness, abuse, and hardships.
Low income families struggle.
Some of our elderly can’t put food on their tables.
The working poor can’t make ends meet.
People are homeless.
Our poor feel unwanted and forgotten.
Help us to help them. Show them you care.
Injustices never stop. Neither will we.
We are ambassadors therefore on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us.
2 Cor 5:20 (ASV)
For I was hungry, and ye gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink;
I was a stranger, and ye took me in; naked, and ye clothed me;
I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
...Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of these my brethren,
even these least, ye did it unto me.
Matt 25:35-36, 40 (ASV)
